Understanding Spaces

A space is where your team keeps everything - songs, sets, posts, and members.

What's in a Space?

Songs - Your team's music library

Sets - Organized set lists for services or gigs

Posts - Team announcements and communication

Members - Everyone on your team

Admin - Team and space management

Think of it as your band's or worship team's home base.

Creating a Space

1. From the Spaces page, click "Create New"
2. Give it a name (your church, band, or group name)
3. Click "Create"

Done. You Now have a space.

Good Space Names

• "Grace Church Worship"
• "The Cornerstone Band"
• "Youth Group Music"
• "My Practice Songs"

Make it clear what the space is for.

Multiple Spaces

You can be in as many spaces as you need:

• Your main worship team
• A side project band
• Different church campuses
• Personal practice space

Switch between them anytime.

Space Roles

Owner - Full control (you, if you created it)

Admin - Can manage members and settings

Member - Can use songs and sets

Joining a Space

Got an invitation?

1. Check your email
2. Click the invite link
3. Sign in (or sign up) with the same email the invite was sent to
4. The space appears in your list
5. Start using it

The email has to match

Invites are tied to the specific email address they were sent to. If the invite went to you@church.org, you have to sign in with you@church.org — signing in with a different email (a personal Gmail, a work account, etc.) won't work and the invite will be rejected.

Want to use a different email instead?

You can't redirect the invite yourself. Ask your space leader (or any admin in the space) to send a fresh invite to the email you'd actually like to use, then sign in with that one.

What You Can Do

Browse songs - See your team's library

Check sets - View upcoming services

Customize your view - Transpose songs to your key, adjust text size

Add content - Songs, sets, posts (depending on your role)

Managing Your Space

Space owners can:

• Edit the space name
• Invite and remove members
• Create teams
• Transfer ownership
• Delete the space

Find all this in the Admin section.

Tips

Start simple - Create the space, add a few songs, build from there

Name it clearly - Make it obvious what the space is for

Invite gradually - Get a few songs in before inviting your whole team

Use teams - If you have more than 5-6 people, organize them into teams
